At ग्रेVT Designs, your satisfaction is important to us. Since we deal with custom-made products, returns and refunds are handled with care and certain limitations.

Please read our policy below.

1. Custom Products – No Standard Returns
All our t-shirts are custom-printed based on the design you upload.

Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind after placing the order

Minor color variations due to screen vs. print differences

2. Return Eligibility – Damaged or Wrong Products Only
We accept returns or replacements only if:

You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong size, design, or item)

Share clear photos of the product and packaging

Do not use or wash the item

3. Refund or Replacement Process
If your return is approved:

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days

4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact us.
Include your order number and reason for return with photos if applicable.

5. Shipping for Returns
If the issue is verified, we will arrange or reimburse the return shipping.

You do not need to send back the product unless we specifically request it.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, as we start processing immediately for faster delivery.

Once the printing process begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
